Flame Tree Ridge is conceived as a complete villa interior, with architecture, material, lighting and bespoke elements developed as one continuous composition. Limestone, dark marble, timber and bronze establish a shared language across the home, while individual rooms shift in atmosphere and intensity. The visualisations here reveal the principal ground-floor spaces; the design extends through the bedroom suites, bathrooms, private rooms and garden.

Material Language
Bush-hammered limestone, Emperador marble, Taj Mahal stone, bronze and darker timbers carry the villa as one continuous surface language, softened by linen and limewash. Breccia Pernice appears once, in the powder room, where colour and stone concentrate.

A pale stone worked three ways — bush-hammered, fluted and laid in a Manoir pattern — carrying the entrance and stair hall through grazing light.

A dark, deeply figured marble used to frame the dining room and anchor the sequence.

A deep red stone held to the powder room in a matt finish, where colour is at its most concentrated.

A pale, quietly veined quartzite used across the kitchen surfaces, leathered and honed for touch and light.

A dark green marble with fine white veining, reserved for concentrated moments of colour.

A family of bronze finishes at balustrades, hardware and framing details, softening as they record touch.

Walnut carries the joinery and flooring, giving the principal rooms their warmth and depth.

Loomstate weaves specified for drapery and upholstery, tempering the harder surfaces.

Full-grain hides used at seating, tabletops and cabinetry detail, gaining patina in use.

A soft, light-absorbing surface used sparingly at upholstery and lined interiors.

A gently clouded mirror used to lengthen views and soften reflected light.

Clear glass mirror used where a precise, undisturbed reflection is intended.

A satin-finish glass that diffuses light and screens without closing a room.

Laminated glass with an interlayer mesh, giving depth to doors and screens.

Specified where precision and durability lead, at kitchen and service details.

A quiet, satin metal used for sanitaryware and finer hardware moments.

A warm, pale metal finish tying lighting, frames and trims to the bronze family.

Mineral wall finishes that hold light gently and shift through the day.
