This website is operated by LANGE D B Technical Service L.L.C, a company based in Al Quoz Industrial First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“LANGE”, “we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at info@lange.ae.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you choose to provide in the following fields: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, the country your project is located in, the type of project, the service you are interested in, and any message you include.

Your name, email address, project country, project type, selected service and message are required so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry. Providing a phone or WhatsApp number is optional.

To reduce automated spam, the form includes a hidden “honeypot” field. It is invisible to visitors and is only completed by automated submissions, which are then discarded. No behavioural or biometric analysis is performed.

Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing communications. If LANGE introduces a journal mailing list or newsletter, participation will require separate, optional consent, and every email will include a way to unsubscribe.

When you visit the site, limited technical information is logged automatically by the hosting infrastructure — such as IP address, user-agent string, referring URL and pages requested — for the purposes of site reliability, security and abuse prevention.

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your enquiry and correspond with you about your project.
• Maintain records of client communication.
• Operate, secure and improve the website.
• Meet any legal or regulatory obligations that apply to our work.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising purposes, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process your information on the basis of your consent (given when you submit the enquiry form), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and — where relevant — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

When you submit the contact form, your submission is handled in the following way:

• The form is received by a server function running on our website infrastructure (Lovable Cloud, hosted on Cloudflare’s edge network).
• A copy of the submission is written to a queue and log inside our application database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase) so that delivery can be retried in the event of a temporary email failure, and so that we retain a record of received enquiries.
• The enquiry is then delivered as an email to info@lange.ae through Lovable Emails (using Mailgun as the transactional email provider). An automated acknowledgement is sent to the address you provide.
• The delivered email is then received and stored in our business mailbox at Tasjeel, which hosts the lange.ae domain, DNS and mail.

As a result, your enquiry is stored both in our application database (queue and send log) and in our business mailbox.

We rely on the following processors and infrastructure providers to operate the website and respond to enquiries:

• Lovable — website hosting, server functions, application database and email queue, delivered on Cloudflare’s edge network.
• Cloudflare — edge hosting, HTTPS termination, bot management and network-level security for the website.
• Supabase — underlying database used by Lovable Cloud to store the enquiry queue and send log.
• Mailgun (via Lovable Emails) — transactional delivery of enquiry emails and automated acknowledgements.
• Tasjeel — business email hosting, domain registration and DNS for lange.ae, including the info@lange.ae mailbox.
• Google LLC — Google Analytics 4, used only if you accept analytics cookies, for aggregate website usage measurement.

These providers act as processors on our behalf under their standard terms and confidentiality obligations, and only for the purposes described above.

Because these providers operate globally, your information may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates. Where this occurs, we rely on the safeguards offered by the providers, including standard contractual protections where applicable.

We retain enquiry correspondence and the associated records in our application database and business mailbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to you, to maintain a professional relationship, and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations. Records that are no longer needed for any of these purposes are deleted or archived in the normal course of business.

The website uses two strictly essential cookies to operate reliably:

• __cf_bm — set by Cloudflare for bot management and website security. Short-lived, first-party.
• __dpl — set by our hosting platform (Lovable) for deployment routing. First-party.

In addition, the website offers optional analytics cookies via Google Analytics 4. These are only set after you explicitly accept them through the cookie banner or the cookie preferences panel.

We use Google Consent Mode v2. On first visit, analytics storage, advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation are all set to denied by default. Google Analytics tags load without setting analytics cookies or transmitting full analytics data until you grant consent. If you accept analytics, analytics_storage is updated to granted. All advertising-related consent states remain denied, because this website does not use Google Ads or advertising personalisation.

Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key lange-consent-v1. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in the footer of every page.

When you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5LP41RN9MV), provided by Google LLC, to understand how the website is used in aggregate. Google Analytics may collect:

• Approximate location (typically at country or city level, derived from IP address, which Google does not log in GA4)
• Browser and device information, operating system and viewport size
• Pages visited, referrals and outbound links
• Engagement metrics such as session duration, scroll and basic interactions
• A randomly generated client identifier stored in a first-party cookie

The purpose of analytics is to measure and improve website performance and content. LANGE does not use Google Analytics to intentionally identify individual visitors. We do not upload personal data to Google, do not enable Google Signals, and do not link Google Analytics to any advertising product.

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, the legal basis for setting analytics cookies and processing the resulting data is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the Cookie Preferences link.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information transmitted through this website, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls on the enquiry database, and abuse-prevention measures on the contact form. No online service can be guaranteed entirely secure, but we work to reduce risk with care.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information — including access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, objection and portability. You may also have the right to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

You can review or change your cookie choice at any time by clicking Cookie Preferences in the footer of any page. Declining analytics prevents Google Analytics cookies from being written and stops analytics data collection.

This policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, in the technologies used to operate the website, or in applicable law. The “last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision.
